I have been going to Doctor Gurule since 2016, he was in practice with two other doctors staff was excellent and responded right away . Since he went on his own the service has been horrible and what I mean by this is the reception staff is rude, hateful, doesn’t answer the phones, doesn’t call to see if your insurance will do a tele call so I had to call and do her job to find out, doesn’t call on prescription when asked, doesn’t return phone calls to MRI location, they called and left four messages with no luck.
