Had a great customer experince. Sunny is so patience and customer centric. I was very specific about my rings and he gave me enough time sharing details on whatsapp and replying to all my queries and also quoted me very competitive pricing.
We purchased a 22k gold chain from this store in June 2025 for $4,520, when the gold price was around $4,720. At that time, we trusted their words and thought we were making a safe purchase. However, when we went back in October 2025 to sell the same chain, they only offered us $3,600, while the market price of gold was around $5,500. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Guru Nanak Jewellers. I strongly do not recommend this store, especially if you're planning to get any jewellery repaired. They use poor-quality materials but still charge full price. When I politely raised my concerns, the staff laughed at me, which felt extremely disrespectful.
