They are very unprofessional and the quality of their work is very poor.
AWFUL customer service! I needed help with a very small move. We agreed on a price and he kept going back-and-forth with me about dates and then randomly messaged me two days prior to drive to my storage unit which was two hours away to meet him just to look at the storage unit?? And then “possibly” Move me the next day and he did not confirm. I could not meet that day and had just lost a family member that week.
