FRAUD , SCAMMERS BIG LIAR which in your blood think time before you go there I bought the alternator with 1 year warranty when we fitted and check not giving any out put voltage then i returned for replacement and checking no response they are not picking my phone any more very very disappointed. away from this place. i know the warranty process and you know how many times i called you but you didn't reply then i dropped alternator in your work shop after that no response lets see what happens!!! ones again think about ti... read more
Rude and unprofessional staff. Not worth to rate them. Messed my car totally and quoted high prices for budget parts.
Normally I don't give bad reviews anyone but with guru motors I had a very bad experience, I go there for fix air conditioning problem they charge me $990 dollar but the problem still same, that guy attitude so bad, rude behaviour, no any buissness manners. I work hard here to make money definitely, go to consumer court to get back my money.
Nothing new its all same as mentioned in mostly reviews, The price difference is huge before and after work. I sent two car. One car was advised to fix on Saturday and quote was $800 which turns to $1450 when I dropped the car in morning. Other one was service but it was the most expensive service I buy in my 15 years of Australia. The owner can argue with you hour and hours, but will not agree to admit his mistake. Just went there for a check up of my car, Their attitude was so rude. They were behaving like I wouldn’t pay them after service. I asked for their charges, the guy started explaining the cost of their machine which is ridiculous. I was still outside their store, even one of the mechanics closed the door in such rude attitude. If you visit there, just behave as they behave, if you don’t wanna leave anything behind.
