These guys came to service our aircon/heating system and left the back gate wide open as they left, allowing my dog to escape (captured it in our CCTV). They knew how particular I was about keeping my dog secure but they didn’t give a toss. Lazy and sloppy. I had to take half a day off work to find my dog, time and money I couldn’t afford to lose, although I would note they were happy to charge us a high hourly rate for theirs.
