Communication was great. Planning was simple. Guru did an amazing and clean job removing old split systems and installing a full new ducted system. Highly recommended
I had my system installed through Suba and I am very happy with their installation service. He answered all my questions with so much patience and provided all details to make sure I was satisfied with what I was purchasing. The installtion team was friendly and accomodated my requests. They cleaned up and took all the rubbish with them. Overall very happy!

These guys came to service our aircon/heating system and left the back gate wide open as they left, allowing my dog to escape (captured it in our CCTV). They knew how particular I was about keeping my dog secure but they didn’t give a toss. Lazy and sloppy. I had to take half a day off work to find my dog, time and money I couldn’t afford to lose, although I would note they were happy to charge us a high hourly rate for theirs.
