Our air conditioning unit warranty repair job has been sitting with this company for months. The job has been closed without ever contacting us. Phone calls and emails are not answered. Highly likely this business does not actually exist.
Don't return calls or emails and closed our Samsung repair without even calling ( made it out like they had attended and fixed the issue). I am amazed there are any stars here, just try call them yourself.
