This place is the absolute worse. No one answers a phone call and dont even waste your time leaving a message. They keep wasting money send me a statement telling me i am past due 120 days when the bill was already paid 09/17/2024. I went to make a report on the Better Business Bureau but they arent listed so that alone should tell you something. If I could give a zero I would. They never answer any questions no one is ever available to discuss bills and when you request a call back no one does. I’m a billing specialist myself and these are the laziest billers I’ve ever met. When I requested to speak to a manager they said they had no managers available and when I asked for a manager name the girl who handles Jeffrey Horst meyers account said she couldn’t tell me the managers name. Can never talk to anyone about a balance or if going to receive a bill. Happened a few years ago also and all of a sudden I get a delinquent notice. Again no one will give you answers when you call or would call me back. Had to get attorney involved. Was hopping that was a one time issue from my drs affiliation to Guru but I’m wrong. I’m someone that wants to pay off bills ASAP and I can’t with them. I will not use same Dr office again due to their use of Guru Billers
