Good service at a fair price. It would be nice if they offered a little more documentation on some things, like labor performed and quotes. I will be back for more repairs.

I had a terrible experience at this auto shop. The staff were extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful throughout the whole process. Instead of helping me with my vehicle issue, they were rude and dismissive, and in the end, they took my money without providing the proper service I paid for. Be cautious with this place. They knowingly sell used parts that are not in the condition they claim. In my case, I was sold a “replacement” hybrid battery for $1,500, which turned out to be defective. Within eight months it began smoking and caused ongoing issues—suggesting either the battery was bad from the start or the job wasn’t done correctly. First and foremost, the owner doesn’t not give a crap about customers. Extremely rude! You have to literally chase him around to ask your questions or express your concerns about the issue that your car is having. No eye contact. Employees are more or less the same.
