Be cautious with this place. They knowingly sell used parts that are not in the condition they claim. In my case, I was sold a “replacement” hybrid battery for $1,500, which turned out to be defective. Within eight months it began smoking and caused ongoing issues—suggesting either the battery was bad from the start or the job wasn’t done correctly. First and foremost, the owner doesn’t not give a crap about customers. Extremely rude! You have to literally chase him around to ask your questions or express your concerns about the issue that your car is having. No eye contact. Employees are more or less the same. They are also very dishonest about prices. If they get an opportunity to rip you off, then they will. Yesterday, I went to have my headlight that has been troublesome checked. Please be cautious with this place — they are dishonest and potentially running a scam. I visited for a check engine light issue, but the staff spoke among themselves in a language I didn’t understand, then quoted me nearly $1,000 for maintenance — and even said it wasn’t guaranteed to fix the problem. I ended up going elsewhere and had it fixed for just $20. Always double-check what they tell you, and compare with other shops before making any decisions.
