ALL of them, from the kind young lady at the front to the gentlemen who gave me a ride home, the the men who later dropped my vehicle off. The cost, politeness and accomodating a woman in a jam! I cannot thank them enough. :)))))
Gurton's have been serving and repairing several of my vehicles over the the past few years and they have always been incredibly helpful! On several occasions I've dropped by in a panic with my vehicle 'acting up' they've always been knowledgeable and keen to help. I feel their pricing very fair, and have never had any issues with their work. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest and reliable place to bring your vehicle, all of the staff are great and take pride in the work they do.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service center. They promised one thing and did the complete opposite, leaving my car in a worse condition than before. When I confronted them about the damage, they completely refused to take responsibility. These people should not be trusted with any serious vehicle, especially higher-end or European models. Their lack of skill and accountability is unbelievable. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else
Terrible place to deal with. Not only do they have no idea how to properly service vehicles, but their attitude towards customers is just as bad. They make promises they don’t keep, and when things go wrong, they disappear instead of taking responsibility. I strongly advise against trusting them with your car — and definitely don’t even think about buying a car from them. If they can’t handle basic repairs, imagine the headache you’ll face with a car they’ve touched.
Very bad and poor service. I went there to fix my BMW’s headlight low beam bulb and they ruined the whole light. I suggest never go Gurton’s motors
