Not Worth the high price – We hired this company to do inspections on a property and paid $3,000 for structural, mold and home inspection. Once they were done, we realized that they didn't inspect the fireplaces, did not do termite inspection and during inspection, did not test electrical outlets on the floor. I had to remind them to do that. I would like a follow up. – The above review was never followed up. What ever happened to the plumbing? Were they ever found at fault? I had them do an inspection on my property and they were incredibly helpful. I paid special attention to the plumbing part of the inspection, they do a noninvasive inspection. It is visual and operational (hot cold on the proper sides, and visible evidence of past or current leaks). I would take a review like the above with a grain of salt.
possible damage to plumbing during inspections – Gurtler brothe'r found a leak in one of my bathrooms as the result of a customer's inspection. It is funny that the two inspection companies before that are Nationally recognized did not find these problems that caused my bathroom with new plumbing to flood 2 weeks before. I guess being a friend of the person that is trying to buy the house helps.
