Very willing to work with you to get your debt settled and your life back on track. They are also extremely helpful at getting you past information of a settled debt that hasn't been removed or updated on your credit report. I just called them and Dave was extremely helpful and got me all the information I needed to resolve this past issue.
Everyone that works for this company has a sad miserable life and just wants to make everyone else life just as miserable. They will not work with you whatsoever
