Pooja extension 1429 was very thoughtful and understanding with any questions I had. She explained my options clearly and helped me understand what I can do to handle this debt. Much better than the first person I talked to, who did not believe me when I was explaining the online offer amount I received to my email. If you call, I would recommend asking for her extension.
