Completely inept office staff. Non-responsive, prevaricative, and argumentative. After trying to reach them by phone I finally went into the office asking why the procedure I've asked for had not been approved yet. I was told they were waiting for the doctor's approval, but he "just left." I called back later that same week and was told the doctor had not been in all week. Really?
