Ok. I really am disappointed in the way things are going with this doctor and his scheduling staff in the back. I had a CT Scan done. There is some disturbing circumstances on the scan. I need to talk with my doctor about it. The receptionist lady I have talked to has tried everything she knows to get some lady from the back to work me in for an appointment because my original appointment was canceled due to the doctor not going to be in clinic that day. Absolutely the best he really cares about his paients
Super nice and caring. Scheduling however needs improvement. The doctor went to Scheduling desk himself to tell them my husband needs to be seen in 4 weeks. He got an appointment in 7 weeks. 1 week before said appointment, he is rescheduled to March. He has stage 3 copd. 40% lung function. He can't wait until March. 😣
