Unfortunately, I am not able to give a 5 Star review due to the rude treatment given to my fiancé and I upon arrival at the Seawater Spa by Sofi Valenzuela. The day before our trip to the spa, I had called to find out if the pool would be open (I have gone in the past in the winter to find the pool closed.) I called the spa on a Mon @ 2:30 & when nobody answered I called Gurney's main number. I was assured that the pool will be open & the price would be $15 for pool use only & $40 for full spa use. Ok, Mr. Nenner, in addition to the $364.50 I am already being overcharged, I now see this evening a second pending charge of $304.17 on our credit card. I'm guessing this was incurred after we checked out on Thursday and were already home. Please let's get Gurney's act together. It's not difficult to correctly apply charges to a room's account. Mr. Nenner, I emailed you yesterday regarding multiple errors on my bill. I would appreciate it if you could please check your email (subject Gurney's Billing Issue) and respond. When we checked out on Thursday, Jen at the front desk advised that our bill would be corrected and we would get a phone call that afternoon. We received no call.
