I dropped off a friend here. I seen your comment, you expect 5 star rating while I've never used your establishment? That's considered lieing to people. It sounds like Google may have some GPS issues, My car I dropped off someone to get their car, my car wasn't parked there for a long duration of time to make it look like my car was being worked on.
Great shop. Drop pff and pick up. service by great guys. Everyone was great. This shop is busy and huge, yet well worth the wait for my appointment. They told me what was going on yet didn't push any off it on me. I asked what was needed right away and I am getting quotes on that and the other couple things I would feel good about getting done that are also need, like old fluid and small leaks. I have been brining my vehicles to Gurney's for years and would recommend them to everyone! Their staff is knowledgeable, and their family like atmosphere is one of the many reasons why you should choose them for your repairs!
Took my vehicle in for an issue I was having with front end noise. My first interaction was with the front desk. They were friendly, polite and expedient. Later the technician came out and explained what the issue was and what needed to be corrected. He detailed everything including all parts, labor and time it would take. Once repaired I had no issues. They were fair, honest and detailed. I have since taken all my vehicles (3) here and always have the same experience. I highly recommend them!!!
