Unbelivable service and customer commitment. I was in a pinch, and they went over and above the normal course of business. My trusted source for my 1-ton desiel truck.
I went to Gurney’s because my check engine light was on. I was charged $475 to replace an exhaust leak and replace the gas cap. I was then given a list of additional items needing repair totaling thousands of dollars. The check engine light came back on a few weeks later. I went elsewhere for repairs. The gas cap that Gurney’s replaced did not fit properly causing the check engine light to come back on. I had the gas cap replaced again. Problem solved. My new go to mechanic. The updates and customer service was fantastic. Better than larger chain shops. And I didn't feel pressured to over spend or felt the price was too high. They even washed off my vehicle after my service. Now that's good service!
