I was given an appointment for a recall on my vehicle and was told the part was in. After waiting 45 minutes, while the most innapropriate music played, I was told they did not have the part for this recall. I was told I would receive a phone call in a few weeks because the part was on back order. Still waiting.
I got a shuttle to and fro.
Update 3/20: in for my 2nd year service! This time much better than last time! 5 star service for sure. Its difficult to find service people who understands our concerns! With that in mind - Brian and William are assets to Gurnee Volkswagen! Thankyou guys! Again! ********** 4.5 star service!
