The front office staff are nice and helpful. I went for testing today. Usually the ones who do the testing are nice as well. The woman who did my testing seemed to be in a bad mood. She treated me more like an object then a person. The way she spoke to me was rude and abrupt. I could not see any kindness in her. I would leave if I had to have testing with her again, and find another facility. The review is 3 stars for the office staff.

Nice location. Easy check in, staff very personable. Mammogram tech, Dawn, was wonderful, very informative and calming. Highly recommend location.
Please ignore the 1 star review as this facility did not exist 5 years ago. I have had no issues with getting imaging/xrays done at Northwestern-Gurnee. Diverse staff and everyone is always friendly and caring. Very clean environment as always with Northwestern facilities.
