Nice staff but, massive over charge for a basic CT scan over $6800! I’ve tried to reason with them with no luck so far. Have reported to IL Department of Insurance and may take legal action.
MRI shoulder with acute pain. Due to pain I have a difficult time changing clothes so I wore all cotton sweatpants and tee shirt which I have worn for 7 previous MRI’s. I was told I had to change into scrub pants and a gown which was virtually impossible for me. No one offered to assist me and I struggled to change which caused severe pain. Denied me access for bringing my service dog
The front office staff are nice and helpful. I went for testing today. Usually the ones who do the testing are nice as well. The woman who did my testing seemed to be in a bad mood. She treated me more like an object then a person. The way she spoke to me was rude and abrupt. I could not see any kindness in her. I would leave if I had to have testing with her again, and find another facility. The review is 3 stars for the office staff.
