Thank you John (in the parts dept). You sure know your Hyundai!! You taught us how to use the emergency blade, to get into our car when the key fob battery was dead & explained that the Hyundai Customer Assistance would help with the dead battery. You were very helpful & patient. We thought we'd have to call AAA to break into our car & have it towed, but because of your help we found out Hyundai will take care of everything.
