Called Gurnee Gutter Cleaning. A guy answers, hello. I asked him if I had called a business. He says, oh yes this is Gurnee Gutter Cleaning service. I said you don’t sound very professional. I needed a quote on gutter and soffit repair. An appointment was made, but the technician never showed up. I called the business to ask what happened. The person on the phone was not apologetic and suggested that maybe the technician got stuck at a job. I was extremely irritated by his lack of caring, but gave the company a second chance when he asked if he could reschedule for a different day that week.
