If you think you're calling a local company, you're not! They said they would send a tech out to look at my dishwasher. They asked for my credit card to hold the appointment and said it would be $85 and the $85 would be deducted if any repairs were needed. When I asked why they needed my credit card number they said to hold my appointment. Come to find out there are only a referral company, not an actual appliance repair company.
