I NEVER do reviews, but this one is a must. There is not a better facial in all of WNY than Jess at Gurlface. Her suite is clean, cozy, and you’re bound to have the most relaxing hour. On top of that, she is so knowledgable about skincare! You will leave glowing every single time!! 10/10 esthetician. 10/10 facial. If you’re on the fence, let this be your sign to BOOK WITH JESS!!! 🤩
What an amazing first-time dermaplaning experience! Jess is an absolute gem. Everything was explained, which was really appreciated, and her calming demeanor made the entire process so relaxing and enjoyable. My skin has never felt so smooth and makeup has been gliding on effortlessly since. The brow wax and tint were also done, and Jess worked her magic there as well—the brows look perfectly shaped and defined. The entire visit was a wonderful treat from start to finish, and the next appointment is already anticipated.
Very rarely do I ever give 5 stars, I always believe there is some room for improvement, but not in this case! I had my first dermaplaning facial and added on the sensory and tickle service with Jess. It was INCREDIBLE. I was so relaxed from the moment I stepped in the door. My skin feels AMAZING. It was the total reset I needed. Please do not hesitate to book a service with Jess, your only regret will be not booking sooner!

Jenna J is seriously the best with lashes. She is so diligent in her work and does an amazing job every time. Once you look at yourself in the mirror when she’s done, you’ll feel the best you’ve ever looked! An added bonus is her super cute and aesthetic room where you can easily fall asleep. I look forward to getting my lashes done by her in the future.
