I switched to this pharmacy because I wanted to support local businesses. After my doctor sent over a prescription, this was my experience. I called, and was on hold over 10 minutes. Then, when I got through to a very apathetic=sounding employee, he told me they were out of my (very common) prescription. After I complained, they all of a sudden were able to find it.
