Just went there to get a wheelchair for my dad. The service is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well lit, and they got us exactly what we needed in minutes. Don't sleep on it, if you need mobility aids or fixtures or most anything, skip the dubious online stuff and head on over!
I came to NC in an emergency to assist my Dad with my Mom's care. Mobility has increasingly been challenging and well thank goodness for Danny and the team at this store. He may not have known it but he was such a help and listened to all I said and made such great suggestions. They care and helped me get the items to the car and well it's so nice when they make a overwhelming situation a bit stress free. Thank you thank you thank you. Good and caring folks with deep knowledge. Go here, do not go anywhere else.

Great customer service! My brother was recently discharged from the hospital and I had an immediate need for a hospital bed at home for him. I called several places on a Saturday and this was the only medical supply store that was willing to help me out over the weekend. Danny was terrific and went out of his way to show me how the bed worked. Great small business!
