No nonsense buying experience. I got the runnaround from Phoenix dealers and decided to try a dealer closer to Pinetop Arizona. They delivered as promised with no funny business. Very positive experience. That's rare. At my age, I have bought quite a few cars and most have not been a pleasant experience. This one rates among the best.

Alex Begay, Service Dept., was great. He kept me in the loop on my repair the entire time. I rate 4/5 stars due to the unprofessional manner the cashier, Ariel, had when I was paying for my truck. She made it apparent that I was an inconvenience. She was on her way back up the stairs and sighed when I returned from talking with Alex on the repairs. I hope I don't see her again when I come in to get my oil changes.
