2022 review. Old ones must have different employees. The front desk lady with short hair is rude and does nothing for customer service. The other guy on the other computer sits there and watches his phone non stop. I was told a quote would take about an hour and a half. Amigo quoted me in 10 mins. I'd suggest going to amigo Toyota for any service as it would be less waiting time and better service with professional work done.

Service was not done properly, repairs too far too long and expensive.
They're body shop did approved body shop work on the Escape, but now they do not approve of the " Protect My Car," vehicle services to render half dollar amount payments to repair vehicles because of the past excuses to not help pay amounts the car dealerships charge. Protect My Car- services have PEP BOYS, AARMCO, & one more service? They do return phone calls. They have $ 80.00 payments a month to help with this.
