Took my truck in due to some grinding noises while driving, and the passenger floor board gets soaked. They had the truck for almost 2 weeks and said they couldn’t duplicate the wet floor board, but “fixed” the grinding. When I picked up the truck and got home there was a massive scratch and deep gouges in the passenger door where they worked that wasn’t there before. I had great service when my Lincoln Corsair needed some warranty work done. The tech Vinne Smith did an excellent job on installation and testing of new Vapor Management Valve. My Lincoln runs just like new again!!! Everyone I interacted with at front desk was wonderful as well. I was even UBERed back to my home free of charge instead of waiting. Thanks again everyone!!!
Gurley Leep ford service department has continually provided us with terrible service! Every time we brought our truck in for service we had to bring it back multiple times! Shawn the service manager was really rude and not helpful! We are totally disappointed in service we received or lack there of!
Fantastic experience at the service department! Zack (advisor) and Joseph (master tech) really went the extra mile to fix my truck. I was on a cross-country trip and had a wheel bearing go out in my front hub. They got me right in, replaced my hub, and got me back on the road! Excellent, would give them 6-stars if I could.
