Car went in for repair after hitting a deer. Was there well over the time the guy told me it would be. I called almost every week and it kept getting pushed back. Got the car back and drove it five minutes home and the whole thing burned down with the fire starting exactly where they repaired it because they replaced wires. They paid out to my insurance but negligence caused this.
I would give negative stars if I could. My grandson Blake Hoese picked up his car today. We had filled the gas tank just before the accident on January 11. The gas tank was full when it was tiwed to Gurley Leep after the accident. The gas tank was empty. Only had 8 miles to get to a gas station! Did someobe syphon it?? I lnow it could not be driven due to the front end damahe! What the heck??? Very disappointing. Gurley Leep use to have a stellar reputation. We dealt with Tyler. It took over 5 weeks to fix it the vehicle.
Took an entire month to make repairs. Meanwhile, I would receive updates through text messages telling me my car was ready, but when I’d call to make sure, they’d tell me that the text was inaccurate and my car wasn’t actually ready. This went on for 4 weeks. I actually received a text message week three thanking me for picking up my car, which I find rather ridiculous. Had my car serviced after a collision, total job was $15,000. The bumper is not right. I went into the shop after my phone call wasn’t returned and I was told they would fix my bumper. After multiple phone calls no one will call me back. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
We had a great experience with the repairs of our 2023 Honda CRV. Kevin dealt effectively with the insurance company of the driver who caused the damage. We appreciated his help in discovering the hidden damage, getting these repairs done and the car is back to new! I will add that I also used Gurley Leep Collision Express for car repairs a few years ago and they did a great job then!
