I recently had a very disappointing experience with this jeweller. I had a custom ring made based on a specific design I provided, but the final product did not match the design at all. I had a disappointing experience with this jewellery shop. I had paid half the amount in advance for a mini haar, but they kept postponing the delivery date for almost four months. Each time, they gave excuses such as “the piece has a defect” or “it has been sent back for fixing.” After giving them several chances and still not receiving the item, I requested a refund. Even then, they delayed returning the money. Only after I mentioned that I would report the issue to the police did they finally process the refund.
