Had a very bad experience. I received a gift for my baby girl from my sister, who purchased a pair of silver beaded baala from them. Unfortunately, the beaded part broke down and the main baala was broken as well. It was quite suprising as it was new and my baby just worn it for 4-5 days, just for couple of hours a day. I did reach the team via whatsapp, send a picture of the damaged product and asked for advise if there is any exhange policy or if I can pay more and get a new product.
