Very friendly staff, took great care of my injured dog! 5 stars all the way!
I love taking my dogs here. They get the greatest care and are so gently taken care of. I always feel so welcome when I come here too. Everyone is so friendly and I love how diverse of a place it is. My sweet babies love the doctors and technicians alike. Also, prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have been.
Louie has always received the best possible care from Dr Singh and his staff. However they need to work on their administrative practices. Louie always spreads out his annual inoculations after his annual (9 years). Yesterday when we came in for the next booster round we were charged an examination fee. I was told if it's more than 30 days an exam is required. SO WHY HAVEN'T YOU EVER TOLD US THAT? If we had that information we would have come in sooner. From our point of view it was a money grab.
