I never have a problem with my care or the staff in the office. The problem right now is with Medstar taking over and meds now have to be mixed at the hospital and driven to the office in Wildewood while we sit and wait. Yesterday I waited almost 90 minutes for my meds to be delivered. That is totally unacceptable. My time is important to me too. I was in the office for three hours to have a 15 minute follow-up appointment with the doctor and a 30 minute infusion. Absolutely ridiculous.
They really care and they take very good care of me.
The staff is very well concerned when it comes to the patients, very professional and knowledgeable, if you don’t know something they will find a way to get you where you need to be when you need answers. I am very grateful for the care they are giving my husband. I would say they are the best.
Staff and Dr are very professional and make you feel important. They listen to your concerns and assist where they can.
