The service was good staff are lovely but the sweets were dry and jalebi smelt of used oil.
The shop in the city (Drummond street) vs the one in Hendon do not feel like they are owned by the same store chain. Extremely disappointed with the Hendon branch. The sweets were not fresh and the upkeep of the store itself is very messy. The staff seems almost disinterested in selling and it makes you wonder why even have a store where the sweets are not fresh or the store not maintained.
