Sam Gupta is the worst attorney ever. He yells at you like you are a child. He wants you to do his job in asking the doctors to give you a letter of causation. I told him that is your job not mine. Then he told me not to go to my appointment with the designated doctor because claim he got it rescheduled, he did not so I went anyways and he got mad so I decided to dismiss him from my case. Go to any other attorney but this one. He will do anything to sabotage the case and then withdraw as your representation when things hit the fan.
