Very professional and shows empathy
Went to her for years then decided to try someone closer to home but hated them so called Dr Gupta and she wouldn’t let me come back! How rude is that??
Dr. Gupta and her staff are very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I wish I had started going to her for my healthcare a long time ago.
Special Dr, she cares about her patients and will do anything to help. My husband and I will continue going to her and her husband.
When referred to another physician, you have to constantly call the office to see what is going on. When having test ran by other doctors you are sent to, you never get a call back to go over the test results. I have been waiting for three weeks for results and still no call back for an appointment or nothing. This is very upsetting. I sometimes feel when I have no choice but to see the PA, she is in such hurry that she seems rude and distant and I am made to feel as I am being blown off.
Overall, I would say that Dr. Gupta's office handles medical matters quite well. We find that Dr. Gupta travels quite a bit. Day to day patient care is then left to her PA, who at times can seem brusque, though well qualified. The abruptness may come from being over stressed since she doesn't appear to have backup to cover for her. Office staff are very friendly, but not always timely re. sending referrals and call backs are sometimes required.
