Dr. Gupta Rakesh, is a very Patient and understanding Doctor. Sometimes he has to go a little bit faster. Because he have so many patients. I do understand and appreciate him as my doctor, personally, he's like a grandfather to me. He's walk with me through some Struggles and miracles, he help me and pressure me about smoking. Next month it will be 9 years that I stopped. I wouldn't give up my lungs Doctor for Any other one God bless Mr. Gupta and Miss. Gupta
There is so much to say about this fantastic Dr. and his great staff. He is the most honest, compassionate physician I have ever been to. He treats you like a human being, not just another person looking for attention. When I was terribly sick he took such fantastic care of me he became my favorite Dr., and believe me I have many specialists. I cannot express how great he is, just try him. I think you will see just exactly what I mean. His staff by the way is the same way. I love them all!
Doctor is good. But the staff and receptionists are terrible. If I could I would give the staff rating a negative 1. When I have upcoming appointments they do not call and when I call to confirm, they play stupid and say "Oh yeah I was about to call you." I remember calling to make an appointment because they never did and was hung up on. The nurses are careless and don't give two cents about their patients. I work as a caregiver. The client, I have, has seen Dr Rakesh Gupta since his tiny building was next door. The new facility is so much nicer(roomy, air--conditioned, comfortable,...). In the entire time I have experienced the expertise of a phenomenal medical professional. Dr Gupta has been on top of every health concern especially during episodes like the flu season.
