Dr. Rajiv Gupta performed the Green Light Lazer surgery on me. He did an INCREDIBLE JOB.10 days later I'm feeling great. No side effects. I feel lucky to have such a GIFTED SURGEN and his Wonderful Team work on me. I FEEL VERY BLESSED. THANK YOU TO ALL. Dr. Rajiv gupta is a doctor of the worst kind, he told me that my condition can be fixed, and then, in the mid-surgery, said he couldn’t do it. Very unprofessional and incompetent, and made my condition worse than it was before. I can’t believe I waited months for this.
My experience here was completely demoralizing and left me feeling incredibly neglected. I highly recommend asking your family doctor to refer you to a different specialist. Getting a specialist date is already a huge hassle. I waited 6 months for this after already wasting months with family doctor appointments. I tried calling multiple times to cancel my appointment which they said I will be charged if I don’t show up and the receptionist did not answer my call and kept hanging up on me. How busy can an office be for them to not be able to pick up a call?! Extremely disappointed in their services.
