Dr Rekesh Gupta 5 stars ! Dr Neelam Gupta 5 also. Dr Balu 5:stars !! The staff? 2 stars which overall is more than enough. I've had problems with appointments, medications, prescriptions, and more! The Doctors are the reason I go back. However, the attitude of the office staff is as if you are a criminal! I'm sorry I have serious medical issues!!! Im.so tired of unreturned phone calls , call drops with no return.call. Can't wait for new enrollment because I will be choosing a new medical office. they herd people in like cattle have you all stand and have your blood pressure and oxygen levels at same time. not once in 2 years have I had a physical where I actual am treated like a real patient. no one listens to your heart your breathing with a Stethoscope or to your lungs for breathing look in your ears or your mouth. fully dressed never sit on examination table. its r... read more
