First time i called this Office to make an appoitnment. Receptionist said she can’t find the referral form from my moms Doctor asked me to call the Clinic so they can fax it to them. That time i already have the authorization from My moms insurance. Regardless i let the clinic know. Dr Gupta is a wonderful Dr. Who really cares about his patients. I was really struggling with health issues (fatigue sleeplessness,hair loss.weight gain, thyroid issues high blood pressure,diabetes, memory loss, etc.. Dr Gupta diagnosed me with sleep apnea. Within 3 day my energy was coming back to me and not was normal range. And now I feel great. God bless Dr .Gupta and his wonderful staff. They really changed my life.
Absolutely horrible service. Dr. Gupta, R. was my sleep specialist but after trying to get proper paperwork faxed to my occupational health doctor for a DMV physical, I will not be retiring to his clinic. I have been trying to get a compliance report for 3 days and his staff has continuously dropped the ball. I called this afternoon and was transferred, the call was disconnected. Wonderful Doctor!,staff is great. A caring doctor whom I've seen for 20 to 30 yrs. A heart of gold,he really knows his job. He's the best! I'd recommend him to anyone!
