I started using the cpap. Its amazing !
Everyone is very kind and respectful and makes me feel very comfortable. Dr Balu is very caring and takes the time to listen to everything I say and need.
Half star because the front staff hate their job.They don’t seem to know what they are doing. The day before my appointment they call me to move my appointment time to earlier and I can’t leave work that early ALL because the Dr Balu will be leaving early that day. I scheduled it late because it’s the only time I can go, but it seems doctor Balu wants to leave early often because this is the second time it has happened. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Take your insurance to an office that will help you resolve your issue. The front desk girls that answer the phone are USELESS.They do not know what they are doing, they dont communicate your concern to the doctor or the urgency of the problem.They have called me to reschedule 3 appoinments that i took days off for because Dr Balu always leaves early or has an "emergency" . They dont take in consideration I am taking days off to see her and they cancel on me with no remorse. I hate this office I cant believ... read more
