Half star because the front staff hate their job.They don’t seem to know what they are doing. The day before my appointment they call me to move my appointment time to earlier and I can’t leave work that early ALL because the Dr Balu will be leaving early that day. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Take your insurance to an office that will help you resolve your issue. The front desk girls that answer the phone are USELESS.They do not know what they are doing, they dont communicate your concern to the doctor or the urgency of the problem.They have called me to reschedule 3 appoinments that i took days off for because Dr Balu always leaves early or has an "emergency" . They dont take in consideration I am taking days off to see her and they cancel on me with no remorse. I hate this office I cant believ... read more
Dr Rekesh Gupta 5 stars ! Dr Neelam Gupta 5 also. Dr Balu 5:stars !! The staff? 2 stars which overall is more than enough. I've had problems with appointments, medications, prescriptions, and more! The Doctors are the reason I go back. However, the attitude of the office staff is as if you are a criminal! I'm sorry I have serious medical issues!!!
