The front desk staff is extremely rude and dismissive every time we come here or call. I will be finding a different place to bring my son who has adhd and autism to get meds, when the front desk staff found out what med my son was taking she had a VERY unprofessional reaction that could’ve waited until we left. Dr. Gupta himself is good and everything but I won’t have my family get treated this poorly while waiting to be seen.
Dr Sanjeev Gupta is a wonderful pediatrician who makes time on short notice for little ones. His staff is very quick, and efficient. Thank you for your help Dr Gupta. You are so appreciated!
Friendly and fast, not sitting in the waiting room all day.
We have had to find a new provider after our retired. We were told this was a place of a well respected Dr. This was NOT our experience at all. The phone staff is extremely rude and dismissive. We NEVER actually saw the Dr. We saw a PA who was odd to say the least. Seemed intelligent but dropped the ball on many things. Meds not getting ordered for over a week, referrals not being sent, tests and labs came up missing.
