Went to Dr. Gupta's office with my 81 year-old mother, after waiting one hour and 10 minutes she became agitated enough that we needed to leave. We checked in at the desk to let them know, no one was nice or apologetic to her for the inconvenience. She also then received a letter telling her that IU Health would have the possibility to drop her as a patient for missing her appointment. I do not know if Dr. Gupta is a good doctor, but I do know that he and his staff are very inconsiderate of their patients
He is a cool cat.......He is very personable and down to earth. He listens and doesn't act entitled........Highly recommend.
He was very nice and took his time with me. Looking forward to seeing him in a couple of weeks.
