I bought $8 in gas and it took like 25 minutes to fill up because of how slow they made the pumps, you can't pay after fueling anymore, the staff don't know how to do their job, etc. It took me nearly 45 minutes to get premium fuel because of how untrained the staff are. If it gets any worse, I'm going to start buying gas at Casey's. And I hate buying gas at Casey's.
Pricing is inaccurate. Not great customer service. When I asked about getting pricing of items fixed, she said “I can’t do anything once your card went through” … last time I will stop there.
The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Until today, I’ve been a loyal supporter IN SPITE of the deteriorating conditions. The driveway looks like a war zone. One door has been out of service for many years. Still, for 10 years it was the only place I filled up. Up until today I could pump gas and then pay inside. Not anymore. So, I won’t be back! I’m done!
