I would give a 5-star rating for both skills and customer service. I had booked an appointment for 8 a.m., and when I arrived five minutes early, I saw Sam preparing inside the salon. She was very welcoming and friendly. She listened carefully to my requests and asked questions about any previous hair treatments I had received. I requested a bob haircut, a full hair color, and a Keratin treatment.
