I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30 am, but by 11:15 am I still hadn’t been helped. The whole point of scheduling an appointment is to avoid long waits, yet they clearly don’t respect their customers’ time. Very disappointed with the service. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this dealer.
Great customer service!
Worst experience every time for ID4 recalls, even after purchasing the vehicle from them. Every recall service appointment, they call me and tell me we'll see if it takes longer for recalls and may provide the loaner. Guess what happens when I visit, only to find out their service engineers never talks to the person calling and scheduling. He says everyone knows recalls take forever and we can't provide loaners, but we won't tell you that on the phone. Just horrible experience, I'm going to report this to VW.
