My service advisor Christopher Lopez have provided me with excellent customer service. Chris always communicate to me what's going on with the repair of my vehicle, before he proceeded to do any repairs he make sure I agree with it. When coupons are available under my account he applies them. Great with getting me in for a service appointment. I love the waiting area with the TV and the coffee.
What’s the point of an appointment if it’s going to take 2.5 hours for an oil change. Worst customer service. Do not take your vehicle here. These people don’t care about your time.
