As always, Ryan and Dennis are great. Ryan on the front end as the service writer and Dennis as the service technician. They both provide excellent service and their knowledge is impeccable. They only perform what is necessary and do not try to upsell. They strive to correct the issue the first time and will definitely rectify if they miss something. Worst car dealership ever. I have a kia sportage 2020, I toke it for service because engine problems, meaning, engine broked down. A 5 years old car with 85k miles. There response was the warranty expire and the extended warranty that I have doesn't cover the damage of the engine. Juat because I dont have the receipts of the oil change and I do that with a mechanic. And I still I paid $300 to tow my car to the dealership and back and $227 for diagnostic fee!! And now I have to came out with $3k to fix and 5 years old car. Wo... read more
