The young lady that helped me at the front was absolutely amazing and very helpful with everything. Thank you for making my move easier and less stressful
They have reasonable prices, the lady’s that work there are sweet as can be, they help with payment plans. And would prefer to not auction units. I’d recommend them to everyone!!!

Renters beware, they will not refund your money when you follow protocol and they fail to cancel auto-pay. The woman asked if I called her, I said yes, then asked about a refund since I wasn't in the storage unit anymore and they still charged me. She said there was no way to refund. Plus, my property had mice, important papers chewed up, not to mention black spiders. These people are crooks, RENTERS BEWARE!
