We rented a pontoon for an 8-12 time slot! Our CC was charged. We were there 20 mins prior to our time slot as described in the confirmation. No one showed up. We waited 1 hour. My husband called and text the phone number and never heard back. It is now over 2 hours from the time we were supposed to rent. We have heard nothing! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
