Quite and not chaotic. Has a cleanliness vibe that you wouldn’t get elsewhere.
I love that the gym is small but filled with top tier equipment! Everything here is easy to use and can can be adjusted to fit someone who is short, unlike other gyms. It's also always super clean! Definitely my new favorite gym
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gunnar and Gunstorm Muscle Health. It’s basically never busy, so i’ve never had a problem getting my workout in. Also it has by far the best machine equipment in kato. A bunch of of cybex and nautilus machines that are SUPER nice. On top of that everything is super well maintained. It’s 24/7 too so there’s another convenience factor. overall 5/5 😊
This is a great gym! I recently purchased a week-long membership while in Mankato. The equipment was maintained well and the facility was very clean. I appreciated that it wasn't very crowded. Mary made the sign-up process easy and straightforward. The owner, Gunnar, is welcoming, knowledgeable, and very friendly. If I had been in Mankato longer, I definitely would have signed on for a longer membership!
