Been coming here for a long time, its convenient and has most things. But this time...listed price for powder (as what was shown on the sheet on the counter) and what was rung up are two totally different prices and the short guy said its not his problem, couldn't get back to his chair fast enough. I get it, prices have gone up but maybe make sure what you quote is what the price actually is. Could have gotten it 10% cheaper just a few minutes further.
They have a very extensive and interesting collection of firearms and shooting supplies that appeared be well priced. I was quite enjoying looking around their store until the staff started talking to me and were very rude. And when I asked if they had certain parts and ammo in stock, they acted like I should know somehow that they didn't and seemed very annoyed that I even asked.
I’ve been going to the store for over 30 years. They know their stuff and have a great selection. Additionally, they have knowledge on what works best and if you have issues.
Every time ive walked into this gunstore the employees have consistently made me feel like even my existence in their store is a burnden. When you call you get crabby, cynical, unhelpful customer service and i can not stress enough that there are other gunstores that will treat you respectfully and appreciate your buisness. As a woman especially in this industry, its already difficult to feel taken seriously. Done trying to be understanding, the gun world needs better.
