Fantastic pricing, knowledgeable, good people. Located our tank when other companies wanted to charge extra to spend more time looking for it. Didn't nickel and dime us or rush through the job. Really pleasant family service that made us feel comfortable and taken care of.
Used this company for an inspection as other businesses around town wanted to charge a significant more. Services went smoothly and felt like a fair rate. I wanted to ask questions about the tank and it's location as we are planning on some building and changes to our plot. He went through everything with me, told me what he was doing and what he was looking for in detail when I asked, and he also showed me while he was going through it to explain which felt really honest and nice. Old school family business. Good people.
Gunstone came out to service my septic system they seemed great and even told me I didn’t need some servicing. After they left however, I noticed they had stripped the threads on one of my riser screws. Their solution was to pry the glue loose and tear the riser fitting! They didn’t even tell me -now it is load and smelly. When I called I had to pry the truth out and he didn’t take any responsibility. I can’t recommend.
