I went to the Gunston location last week for physical therapy and, by far, I have had one of the most positive experiences. First off, the environment is extremely welcoming and positive. Not once have I had a negative experience with any of the therapists or techs. They’re always so accommodating and understanding when it comes to treating patients, not just myself. I rarely write reviews, but when I do, it is because I have unreserved praise to share. I received treatment at Gunston Physical Therapy for a couple of months earlier this year, and all I can say is: if you are considering PT of any kind, go ahead and make an appointment. The whole staff is wonderful. I worked with Jennifer for most of my therapy sessions, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Hurt my back at work and had to file workers comp. Every staff member there was friendly, created a welcoming and supportive environment. When I was with my PT, I was confident they knew what they were doing. I think I had to cancel once or twice and they didn’t make a big thing of it which is awesome because life happens sometimes. I have been a patient of this location on and off for about 2 decades. The quality of care and therapists have never faltered. I truly appreciate the staff and therapists for all that they do. Jennifer handled my care professionally and helped tremendously with my recovery.
