On 12/28/2025, I had a total knee replacement. I went to performance unknowing what to expect. My experience could not have been any better. It’s crazy cause the entire team there are great from the receptionist who always found a convenient time and date to all the PT persons and thier assistants. The love care and attention is next level. I owe them ever painless step I now take

Daughter plays HS soccer and ruptured ACL. She got back full mobility before surgery and we’re continuing with them after. So far, they have ALL been amazing and we’ve worked with 4 different ladies. For those coming from Ft Belvoir, it’s perfect!!
I have used Gunston Physical Therapy for a number of years. As I age, this Amazing staff evaluates and develops needed therapies to correct my issues. This team knows their business. Their expertise is the very highest in this area. I could not continue to function normally without their combined efforts. Brought me back from barely able to move to living without pain.
